His name is on the door. His name is what brings people in (the first time, anyway). Why wouldn't they want him to make appearances?

I don't know if Levy has majority ownership or simply has a managing contract with an ownership percentage. I tend to think it's the latter.

Same thing with Kouzzina by Cat Cora. Her name is on the restaurant and she has creative input regarding the menu. The restaurant itself is owned and operated by Disney.

Forgive me, but I am confused. Isn't the one by Earl of Sandwich the Marketplace one, and the other one the West Side one? I leave on Friday and was planning to go straight to WPE for my first meal. Which one should I go to?

Go to the Marketplace, but later walk or boat to the West Side for some of the best key lime pie I've ever had--it's not available at the Marketplace location!

I didn't notice any change in quality. I always order the Rosemary Chicken, and it was just as delicious as always. I wasn't even aware that ownership changed.
