We're flying w/United the end of this month, We made res. in April, because there is so many of us, and I wanted to make sure that I would be sitting all together. After at least 5 changes, not just time changes, but complete connection changes, my family is scattered thru the airplane!!! I am so Mad!
The last rep. I spoke with made me feel like we should be glad that we are all on the same plane! They have my dd 5, sitting by herself 2 rows ahead of me
! United customer relations didn't really help either, they just said that with everything that happened, all airlines were making lots of changes. My dfl is flying on Continental, had 1 change(15 minute delay) they called him, and offered a travel voucher for his inconvience. Nice!!!
