Has this ever happened to you ?

Ok.. I'm at AAA the other day with my husband to pick up a trip Tik for a long weekend we are going to take. I over hear a couple talking to one of the clerks at the counter about Disney and asking questions. The girl was being somewhat helpful I suppose but I so wanted to go over and add my thoughts advise and to tell them to check out this board. It was actually driving my crazy
I didn't go over to them since I would be intruding at that point but my husband laughed at me and said." do you want to wait out here for them to come out so you can talk to them"?

Oh ... by the way.... if I had the time I just may have waited for them. But we had to get to an appointment!!

Happens to me all the time. I'm too inquisitive when I know someone has a Disney vacation planned. And when I hear they've paid rack rate, I can't help tell them about looking for codes. SOmeone the other day asked me why I liked Disney soooo much and I told her I just didn't really know. It was just a "feeling" I get with Disney.

OMG this happens to me all the time too! In fact I was at the social security office a few weeks ago(ick)and these two young women sitting besides me were talking about Disneyland and the "oh look at me i'm so cute" girl was telling the other one "oh you can't go at Christmas Disneyland closes for a few month every year" then she said they'd be closed over Halloween also. I was holding my tongue, because quite frankly, "I'm so cute" girl looked like she could hurt me! There have been many times though when I have butted in and answers question.

My DGF says I have a sickness...I cannot listen to a Disney conversation without interjecting. I really have tried, but I just find myself blurting out suggestions and factoids...Coming here, to the DIS, helps with my need to join Disney conversations...but I still have a long way to go.

ME TOO ME TOO My family has finally accepted my obsession. I'm listening to disney radio as I sit here. Loving every minute of it!!!! Can't wait to get back.

LOL I am a cashier at an AAA and I sell hopper passes all day long- so of course I HAVE to ask every person about their trip! I talked to a lady today all about Keys to the Kingdom and the Segway Tour. I had a lady the other day say, "You have to check out allearsnet.com"- I was like are you kidding, I go on there just about every other day!
