has this ever happened to you?

So I originally had a RO booked under the spring discount but last week we decided to change it to a package. I called and the CM quoted me 3800 for 5 people in a garden view room for 7 nights this seemed high to me (since I had been obsessing over booking the package for days) so while she put me on hold I grabbed my ipad and pulled up the website. I was able to pull up a river view room under the same discount for 3300. She came back on and I asked her why is was so much more for a down graded view? She had me read to her the exact wording of the booking. She had all the same info. She couldn't understand what was happening. Obviously I booked it online since she couldn't get the same deal on her computer. I just couldn't understand the $500 difference. has this happened to anyone else??

did you price it with base tickets? maybe they priced it with ph and wp

yea I did. The weird thing is she held it for me (no clue why) but I was able to see it all and everything was the same except the view and the price! I either got a great deal or their prices are all messed up in their system. I hope it was a great deal!!!

Did you try pricing it out without a discount? I'm wondering if she just didn't have the discount correctly applied when giving you the quote.

That's what I thought! it came out to almost 3700 without a discount. It seems like the computer the CM was using was all out of whack!
