Not, as of midday Monday 4/16. I am hoping they start the new Tomorrowland Quest and give out the Season card sometime next week when Yavn and team are here.

Well, i was at WDW last week and a very nice CM told me the new quest would be out this month or next month. Hope that helps

I remember yavn saying that the new in park quests would probably be released "within" the next two weeks. And as of this Monday it will be two weeks ago that he said that. Now i am going to be at DLR this Saturday(tomorrow), Sunday and Monday. So with a little faith and trust and a bucket load of pixie dust, i just might bring home some quest items.

A little bird told me there was an issue with the printing of the cards themselves and they hope to have the new quests released soon (the infamous 'soon')
