I was just on disney.uk, looking for pricing on free dining in August, but free dining doesn't come up at all - at any resort.

Have they ended the offer? Did i miss the book by date?

Was yesterday, thought they may have extended it but. O

yes, i just found it on mousesavers - the offer ended yesterday! :sad1:

isn't that just like me....it happens to me every year - i figure out i want it a day after it's no longer available... :sad2:

It might return, can't see them ending it myself.

I checked this afternoon. 21 nights OKW cost us £3,285 now discount & free DDP has gone £7,555 after 3% Quidco. I also priced up our flights if we paid for them rather than using miles, we paid £818 for 3 PE seats, now full cost would be £3,454 & 3 nights free hotel using AAairmiles would cost £120.

Total paid £4,103, cost now £11,129.:scared1:
Just can't see anyone paying those prices they will have to discount IMO.

It was extended from 16 November to 30 November but it's gone now I believe. AFAIK same thing happened last year so we couldn't book!

You are getting mixed up with the offers, it was the free $150 gift card offer that expired 15th Nov, Free DDP offer has always been advertised as 30th Nov.
Similar happened last year, I booked in Nov just before it expired but then they renewed the offers. Hope its same again.

that's amazing Wayne - how much more you'd be paying now..

i sure hope it comes back...

i couldn't do it last year, as i only found out we were going in april...
this time i found out yesterday....not for me, but DD and DSIL....

if i can't get the UK deal, then i'll have to wait for the american one and hope they have it for the dates they'll be there...

i did manage to get DD really good flights, mostly on points....the transatlantic portion is points...(business one direction, first class the other)...and the internal flights are pretty cheap...so that should be ok...

DD and DSIL are going to alaska - one week touring in alaska inland, then the second week on a cruise (RCCL - southbound from seward, alaska to vancouver), then they'll fly from there to orlando for another two weeks at WDW...

Price for us - 4 weeks in July with 2 weeks at OKW with free dining £3139.07 at the start of November. Price now (different flights but the cheapest available) £5943.90. :thumbsup2 Going with the same flight would add another £250.

Looks the same with Complete Orlando too, I have booked for the 29th October with the free DDP but wanted to change the dates as my DD starts college in September and she prob won't be able to get the time off, I'll give C/O a call tomorrow! :worship:

Wow how did you manage to get such an amazing price! What was the discount on the holiday? Did you book a bounceback? We paid ( thanks to your great advice:)) £4880 for 15 nights October 1st, 2bed SSR with free DDp for 3 adults one child aged 10 & 2 kids with ultimate 14 night ticket plus the 150 gift card dread to think what it would cost now! Just need those dreaded flights!!!

I think you paid around the same as us although we didn't get the gift card. Booked direct with Disney for 15 nights OKW 2 bed with DDP and 7 day premiums (going to try to cash them in against next times annual passes) for £4560 after Quidco cash back.

It's the 2 bed that knocked the price up loads. Wayne likes his son so gets a studio. (only joking, I love my girls really)

Yes its the 2 bed that increases the cost drastically(double a studio price)
We have paid £118/nt x 21 = £2,478 for studio with free DDP then £807 for 3 x 21 day Ultimates, total cost £3,285.
Now the cost on Disney.co.uk is £245/nt can't believe anyone would pay that for a studio myself. A 2 bed villa is now £488/nt :scared1:

We're going for 4 weeks. :woohoo: First 2 weeks in Orlando (OKW, free DDP and Gift Card), down the Gulf Coast and then back to Orlando so also hoping we can cash our tickets in for APs. Going to chance my arm and see if I can put the Gift Card toward the APs :)

well i'm hoping that i'll get a pin code email like i did last year...

i've been playing around on disney.com (the US site) - checking prices and then leaving...
after a few days i did get an email from disney encouraging me to go back and finish what i'd started...
then maybe in a few months they'll send a pin code...
that's what happened last year, so maybe it will again...you never know..

I also found that if you save your searches on quotes you often get bombarded with pin codes. Is the free dining not still available on Disney.com? They extended it a little while ago.
