Has the character spot at Epcot been moved?

Has the Character spot at Epcot been moved? We have a FP+ for 12/11 and I thought I saw where it had been moved.

The Character Spot is in the same place. The Disney Visa Character M&G moved to the Imagination Pavilion.

And they call the place where Baymx/Joy and Sadness are Character Spot also. It's across the walkway and no FP
