Has talking mickey officially stopped?

So this has been sticking in my head for a few days now. I am on a Facebook page for those with small kids...its run by a travel agent and she was adamant that it was just a rumor that mickey was going to loose his voice even with all the articles and all the stuff this past winter.....

So can anyone confirm at this point has Mickey lost his voice since it was supposed to be yesterday was his last day?

Confirmed. Yesterday was his last day with his voice.

Today, Mickey no longer has a voice but throughout the complete WDW property, Mickey and Minnie are sporting their new look.

I know a lot of folks found talking Mickey creepy but I loved him!

First time I saw taking Mickey it startled me cause I did not know he did that. Then I brought my friend to see him - she had never been to WDW. That was fun. Sad to see him silenced

All mice now have the new heads - they’ve been seen in MRFF but finally will be seen in every meet, venue, and show on property.

LOL. Minnie's now at Pete's Silly Circus, so they won't have her meet/greet 2 places. But it was great when they met together at Town Sq.!

Looks like they are using the heads that they use on DCL now

These heads started in Shanghai and have been rolling out to all Disney parks for a while now. WDW now has them. Tokyo is the only one that doesn't but they might not end up getting them unless OLC says yes.
