Has preregistering for Disneyland DAS been more difficult lately?

Has pre-registering for a Disneyland DAS been more difficult lately?

Not asking if the criteria has changed; I know I'll qualify. I'm talking about the actual website to register. Like the page not completely loading up. Tried for about an hour yesterday before it gave me the option to chat with a cast member. Then after 2 hours, it did the "you must reload the page" and wouldn't let me back into the chat. Today, I'm at 45 minutes to get the "Chat with Cast Member" button to show up and work. (It showed up once, but wouldn't do anything/go anywhere/do the pop-up chat window. Then when I reloaded the page, I get the spinning wheel again, and no Chat with Cast Member button.

I still have 19 days before my trip... but also have to work, and can't really take care of patients while waiting for the chat button on a personal laptop, let alone do the whole video call thing. "Sorry Mr Jones, you'll need to wait here with your wound half-dressed, I've been waiting for 6 hours to to chat with this Disneyland Cast Member and that's more important!" Yeah, that wouldn't fly, LOL!

And at 7:59 pm, it unceremoniously kicked me out of the chat after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Ugh. Next try won't be until Thursday pm.

I wouldn't bother online if it's giving you that much trouble. It doesn't really kick you out of the queue though -just refresh the page and reload the chat window.

I wouldn’t bother anymore, just deal with services in the park.
