Has DisneyLand been removed from the Disney Collection Options?

I was just looking at the point charts for 2008.
I don't see any of the DisneyLand Hotels.

Has this been removed as an option?
Or does this just mean that they have not yet published the point charts?

Or does it mean they have no idea if they want to offer it or not, and won't until they figure out what will make them the most money.

Hi, I just checked on the website and nothing under the Disney Collection has point charts yet for 2008 - not DL California, DCL, DL Paris, etc..

It seems to me the website is usually updated in the fall with the new point charts for the Disney Collection.

You can of course still book any of these with MS. They can advise of the new points or when they will be available for your reservations.

The 2008 points chart is already out for Disneyland Resort hotels; they just have not published it yet on the dvcmember wesbite. I don't know what the holdup is and why they are keeping it a secret. I know for a fact that you can call MS and inquire about the points and they will read them off to you for the different categories for the different dates. You can also book with points now for 2008 reservations.

We also called and got the points over the phone from MS. The "season dates" changed this year so it was a bit confusing trying to plan w/o a chart to reference.

They are definitely out, as I reserved 2 nights in January at DLH just the other day...

One can expect GC to go away likely in 2009 but the others will likely stay.

I was quoted 240 points for a seven-night stay (Saturday check-in, Saturday check-out) at a GC theme park view room in late April - early May 2008.

i just wanted to thank you for letting me know about the points being released. i have been waiting to make reservations at FW for February 2008. I had called MS several times but was not able to because the had not been released. They said just check the dvc website. Well I have been every couple of days. I did call today and get my reservations, just not at a preferred campsite. Hey, but we are in. Thanks Patsy

So I am sort of phone phobic, so I took the email route.
I asked for 2 rooms, but I am pretty sure the reservation is just for one room.

I got back an email, that said this:
We have confirmed the following Disney Collection reservation:

Resort:
DISNEYLAND Hotel

Room Category: (standard view)

Arrival: (01-10-2008)
Departure: (01-14-2008)

Number of guest: (4)

Number of Vacation Points Committed for the Disney Collection: (94)

Most likely, that is only for one room, correct?
I have another 50 points I have to use or loose by the end of March (banked from last year), so either I need to upgrade or get another room.
I may just need to make the phone call.

Has anyone ever been able to change a reservation (such as adding another room) by just responding to the email that comes, after using the online form?

There was a time when I borrowed my points as fast as I could accumulate them.
