Has Disney+ Given Up?

Disney Plus used to be a great price, but now, it is ridiculously expensive. As far as Disney movies go, my local public library has tons of Disney movies (including new releases) on DVD and Blu Ray that can be checked out without any subscription fees or any other fees as long as they are returned by the due date (my property taxes pay for it). This will save a huge boatload of money.
