Has Disney been exercising ROFR this frequently?

I am (anxiously) awaiting to hear on our BWV contract and trying not to get my hopes up - but from reading the posts over the past month or so, it doesn't seem like Disney has bought back very many contracts.

66 2003 (Banked) points - all 2004 points and we are paying $71pp (and 2004 maintence fees). What do you think???

Not to jinx you...but, I say "Slam Dunk"!!!!

We closed on a BWV with 119 banked points in April...I cannot IMAGINE that yours will not go thru. I have heard, however..that BWV, and BCV seem to be taking longer in ROFR...I'm not sure why that would be...

Again, not to jinx you, but I'd say you're ok. We just got through at BWV at 70 per pt. and we split the maint. fees for this year, it did take a little over 3 weeks to hear from Disney. Best of luck!
