I contacted them via chat. I was told by Courtney that because I cut the codes off of the packages and don't know with 100% certainty what size the packages are, they will not give me any creditNo it is just a computer glitch. The same thing happened to me about a month ago. It took about a week to fix. you need to contact them by emailing them. On the bottom of MCR sign in page there is a place that says contact us. There is also a 1 800 # you can also call . I would try to contact them soon since next week they are going to have a 10th anniversary special and I think they may have some good rewards that we can spend points on
Yeah- it is one per account. I have an account and my 14 year old has an account in his name since he's the one I go with. He helps save up the caps for it too!
From what I understand, when you get that message it means your code is expired. Someone gave me a bunch of codes off of 12 packs that they had been saving for years - tons of them were expired and I got that error message when I entered them.
The is what they told me when I called back but one of the codes that I was trying to enter was from a 12 pack that was promoting the NCAA basketball playoffs so it's not very old.
You can tell by the color of the cardboard what they came from. Red coke, Gray Diet Coke, etc. For me, i only really buy 12pks and 20oz bottles, it's pretty easy to say where they came from.
