.....Gone from being really heavy to being really toned up at ages 39 or above? Is it possible? I can tell after nine months of doing the Firm that I have muscle, but it still seems to be covered by a layer of cottage cheese. I am just wondering if it is possible or have I waited too long to get into shape. If you have accomplished this, can you tell me what diet you used and what your exercise program was? Any pictures would be encouraging too! Thanks so much.
