I was wondering if anyone has worn Sperry's to the parks? Were they comfortable for the parks? I normally wear Roxy flip flops because we normally go in September. This year we are going in December and I know I will need shoes. Suggestions are welcome but I will say I refuse to wear Crocs.
I wore them once and had blisters so bad I had to wear socks and Nike's the rest of the trip. They were fairly new, but I think they will still do it if I walk that much in them again.
My mom just wore her Sperry's there all week. She finds that shoe as comfortable as a slipper and had no problems all week. I wish I found them to be that comfy. If your Sperry's feel great to you, then wear them.
I never wear anything BUT Sperry Topsiders (boat shoes)... ANYWHERE. I have literally logged hundreds of miles in the parks in mine and love them. FWIW, I'm flat-footed too.
Sure have - although they were slightly different than the average boat show. They are more of a ballet slipper. I cannot walk around all day with sneakers on so flip flops and Sperrys always work for me!
