Has anyone used Vacation Strategy?

We are going to Disney at the end of Aug. 2013. We usually stay on property. But I am reading good things about Bonnet Creek. I was reading that people have used Vacation Strategy to book. Has anyone else used them for booking?

I literally just put down a deposit with them this morning, so I can't say much yet, but they have been very helpful to this point. When I called today to check on something, he told me I had been quoted incorrectly and I thought the quote was going to be more than they had told me originally, but it was less! They gave us the best quote out of three companies. We'll see how it goes in the long run.

We check in Saturday and I've received an email that all we need is our ID. It's been a very painless experience so will update upon return. I'm not worried at all.

Was at BC April 12 to 21, 2013, and booked through VS. We had originally booked for April 2012, but my husband got a kidney stone and we had to cancel. VS held our money and applied the ENTIRE amount to this trip. No cancellation or rebooking fee even though we cancelled with about 36 hours notice last year. I don't know if that is still their policy, but I was more than pleased. We had zero problems with our reservation. Everything was in order when we arrived.

I believe that is still their policy. If I remember correctly, they'll refund up to a point and after that they'll put it toward another vacation with them.

We're going for February school vacation, so I was not expecting big deals.

I used them last year for our stay at bonnet creek - it was a flawless transaction ! I liked them so much that I just used them again to book a trip to Washington, D.C.

Used them for a stay last Thanksgiving. WOuld definitely recommend! We are in the process of buying into DVC, but if we were not, I could see us using VS many, many times.

We check in next Friday (May 10th). I haven't gotten the email yet. In fact, I've emailed VS twice in the last two weeks asking for a confirmation number or something and can't get them to email me back. I did call Bonnet Creek yesterday (nine days out) to check and was told they did not yet have a reservation for us in their system and to check back with them in a few days. I keep telling myself not to worry, that VS has only postive reviews from what I've read.

I used them for our trip this past October. No problems and they had the cheapest price. Our confirmation was late in coming as well, aubriee, but everything was fine.
I would definately use them again.

We used them for our first trip last November and they were great. Good price and no problems at all. We had no confirmation either, just the last payment email and only needed ID at the front desk. Already booked with them for our second trip this November. Can't wait!

I just booked with them yesterday for Easter 2014, and communication and responsiveness have been great so far! And, as others have said, they were the least expensive of the 3 companies frequently mentioned here on the DIS.
