Has anyone used this site for rental cars?

By far the best rates I can find for my particular needs (one way rental in CA) I saw the code VO5013 on this board for Dollar and prior to using it did a quick google search and it showed you can make reservations directly fro this site for other rental agencies as well.

Seems like it has been around a while so wanted to see if anyone has ever used them, hopefully with success.

Haven't used them before but figured I would give them a try for our July trip. Unfortunately, it was considerably more expensive then just booking directly on the Alamo.com website using my Costco codes.
I'll give vacationoutlet a pass (at least for our vacation)

I plugged in my July dates and still have better results with carrentalsavers.com.
