Has anyone used the Key West Ballroom?

My DF and I are looking in the Key West Ballroom at the GF for our 15 guests as a reception location.
We looked into some restaurants, but for various reasons (and one already booked) our coordinator suggested a small private ballroom. The problem is, Disney only has one picture of it, and it is basically of one of the walls.
Just wondered if anyone out there had any pictures of the room.

Key West room is a small banquet room with windows. I think they use it sometimes for the cake cutting for Escape weddings if Commanders Terrace is not available. I think it would be nice for a small group dinner. I would ask Disney again for other photos since I think I have seen a few with tables set up.

I would be interested in this as well. We will have less than 20 and I figured it was too small a group for Whitehall. I'd like to have a brunch or lunch buffet. It will be the Sunday before Thanksgiving, so crowded & I'd rather have our own private room than try to get a PS somewhere

Hey Tiff - Disney won't do a buffet in the smaller ballrooms it is a plated sit down meal. There is no extra charge for the room and the meals run from about $45 pp up to $65 pp. You can have wine service with your meal or pay for a full bar service with bartender. We are just having wine as there are only 17 people and 5 of them are children.

Thanks! I may decide to just do a PS somewhere. I can't book the wedding until 3/21 so it will be May before I can make my PS so I'll have time to talk to the planner about it.

Any additional pics that you have would be great, and I'd love to hear about the meals as I was just sent the menu by my planner Amy (who has been great!).
My wedding is July 15th at the WP. I don't know what's wrong with my ticker maybe someone can help me get it fixed.

Our food was $106.50 per person I think. That was a starter, then salad, then main which was steak, ice cream with wedding cake and the slipper sorbet. The food was wonderful. We had 8 people in the room, you could have had more no problem

That is reasonable I think. I would probably cut the dessert as we have a dessert party the same evening. We may even cut the salad as this is not a tradition course we tend to have here in the UK.
Did you have a package bar?
Did you get plenty of choice of food?
What was the f&B minimums af Key West?

No we paid per drink.

The F&Bs can change depending on time and date but it was $500 for me.

Food choice is huge. The steak we had was the best i've ever had.

The menu's have just changed I think so I don't have the new ones.
