We used them last Jan and have already booked with them again for our cruise next March. We stayed at a hotel in Orlando. If you stay at a hotel in Orlando, you will call the number you're given and the hotel's shuttle will come get you right away. If you stay at a hotel in Port Canaveral, then the shuttles from the airport pick up only on the odd number hours, so depending when your flight arrives, you might be waiting for awhile. I also noticed that the closer it got to our cruise last time the prices increased and a lot of the hotels were full, I kept checking. We're staying at the Hampton Inn Gateway for our next cruise. We haven't stayed at this hotel before, but it has a 5 star rating and a lot of people on here have said good things about it. It's $239 of our family of 3. Just to add, we had previously booked with the same hotel that we had stayed at last time. Last week I got a call from Go Port that they no longer have a contract with that hotel. They let me pick another hotel. The Hampton was more expensive than what the other hotel was, but they are giving us the cheaper price. That shows they have good customer service.
