Has anyone used the BCV grocery prestock?

We're thinking of using this service for our upcoming trip. Any experience with having the resort buy the groceries for you, and do you know if you can specify other items not on the list that they provide?

We have used WeGoShop. They shop for you at the grocery store of your choice and you pay the supermarket prices plus a small fee. I found them very reasonable.
