Has anyone used Super Shuttle?

I am still trying to decide my hometown transportation for my upcoming trip. I was thinking about using Super Shuttle. Has anyone use them before?

I've used it in various cities.... Anaheim (to LAX), Baltimore, NYC...

The service varies... one time I was so upset with them that I actually called them to complain about a driver in NYC.

Just remember that when you use them, they drop off everybody in your van so if you're the first person dropped off, it's ok but if you're the last one dropped off, you could be in that van for quite a while.

I used them to go from LAX to a DL good neighbor hotel and then from there to SNA over Labor Day.

I was the last person dropped off, so it kinda really was lousy to drive all over Anaheim dropping off people at their houses and other hotels. Cris-crossing the city, passing by the Happy Place and continually being teased. And on the way back I was the first person picked up. So I got it all in reverse. Except I slept going back to the airport.

The drivers were polite. Didn't seem to know where they was going going. Even following the GPS commands from the back seat I could tell they were going the wrong way.

I have used them several times locally and from LAX to Anaheim. I love them and you could always find discount codes online. I have had never had a bad driver yet. Although their GPS systems dont give the best directions.

I have used them from LAX and SNA to DL resorts, and have had zero problems. Definitely recommend looking for coupons and booking online
