Has anyone used MouseEar Vacations or Cruising Company?

As I posted yesterday, I have been requesting quotes for an upcoming cruise. Out of all the quotes I have received, so far the quote that I received from MouseEar is cheapest. The quote beats the others by about $300. The guy that gave me the quote apparently works for MouseEars and Cruising Company. I was just wondering if any of you have used these companies. I only want to use a reputable company, one that I have heard good things about. After reading another thread about the bad TA experience, I want to be cautious.

I am about to book with them after getting great responses from others here on this board, but if you still are not certain... you can call Disney directly if you have any ?'s @ 800.511.1333 if that would help :)

Just note that they have a cancellation fee, or at least they used to when I checked, if you put a deposit on a reservation and then you end up cancelling

They are recommended by Deb Wills on allearsnet.com so I would think they are reputable

Mouseearsvacations and Cruising Co are the same company, one deals with Disney and the other with other cruise lines

Thanks for that information.
Right now we are just getting price quotes so I haven't officially booked yet. I am still waiting for one more quote to come in. I am online now pricing it to see the difference in cost if I do it all myself. I want to compare the cheapest TA rate versus my rate and see the results.

I used them for my 9/04 cruise. Actually - started at a site called cruisecompete -- and they offered the lowest price.

Service was excellent - I dealt with Annette there. I could email in payments (using the same card they had on record), prompt confirmations were given. Doc's were sent on time - and all questions were answered.

I tried to get a quote with them for the August Repo - but she was on vacation.

Morning -

Ive been working with MouseEars for over a year now booking our group of 20 that is sailing October 15th. I started with Annette and now Im with Coleen. Coleen has been WONDERFUL. :goodvibes If everyone there is like Coleen, I would definately recommend them!!!! :sunny:

Hope this help!!

Happy Cruisin'!!

In regards to your group of 20, do you know how they are going to handle dinner for you?

I will also be booking a cruise for 20 for 2007 and was wondering if you will all be at one BIG table or will they split you up in the dinning rooms, but still have you by each other.

thanks and have a great trip!

Thank you for telling me that great news, DisneyElf and giandave23. I just finished pricing it all separately myself, and MouseEars still beats those prices. I am still waiting for one more quote to come in. Hopefully I will get that today or sometime soon. I can compare then and hopefully book.
BTW, my contact person so far has been Tim. Has anyone worked with him?
So far, all of his replies via email have been extremely prompt and helpful.

Have you checked with www.cruisequick.com ? I'm not sure they are always the lowest with Disney, but seem to be with the others that don't having pricing fixed by the cruiselines.

We used Tim at MouseEars for our Land/Sea in April and will be using him again in 2007. He is the best - very responsive, helpful and was very patient with my endless questions and concerns. You will be pleased!!

I use Tim Larison too and he is just wonderful!! I have never had the first problem with my trips!!! He will email you back very quickly with any questions you ask him and never seems to get upset if you ask a billion questions :rolleyes1

I hope to be booking my third cruise through mouseears once the 2007 dates are released. :cool1: I have never had a problem and I deal with Vickie K. We had a group of 19. As far as dinner we had one table of 9 (parties of 2, 3, 4)one of 10 (parties of 4 and 6). The tables were side by side. We could sit at either table. Some nights we had kids at one and adults at the other.

I booked with Tim Larison too. Our cruise is 12/05. He has responded to all my emails very quickly.

Tim also runs a relatively active listserv on Yahoo Groups. I believe it is called disneycruise.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!! :cool1:
Thank you so much everyone. That is the same Tim that I am dealing with, Tim Larison. He has beat everyone's price for the land/sea package that I am looking at. I even looked at booking it separately myself, and he has beat my price. Unless the price quote I am waiting on beats his, I will be using him.
I agree with you all. He has been very prompt in replies and very patient with the questions I have asked.
