Has anyone used L & M Car Rental and what was your experience?

We were thinking of trying L & M car rental this November, and have never used them before. We usually use Alamo, but the long lines during the last several trips have been the pits, and their rates seem to be quite high.

We are a little hesitant using a company we don't know too much about. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We have used them several times and have had a great experience every time. At first I was worried because I read bad reports about them, but apparently if there were problems, they have now cleaned up their act. I brought proof of insurance, but they didn't ask for it. They were not pushy at all about purchasing insurance, and there has never been a line. The cars we got were new (one was literally brand new), although oddly enough they've never give us the key fob for remote locking. All in all, I would definitely use them again.

We've used them twice now. They never asked for my insurance proof, although I had it each time. OH! We got a remote each time.

I've used them many times without problem. If they are the cheapest, I would use them again without hesitation.
