The very nice lady at this agency has found some great deals for me and, so far, has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. (I've never booked through a travel agent before.) She has been so helpful that I almost feel guilty asking for references or testimonials from those who've booked through her. But I know it would be foolish of me not to check out the company's background before handing over my money. So does anyone have any experience with this agency? TIA
