Has anyone used the fastpass + with a high crowd level yet ? I just wanted to know what were your experiences with it and did it work well or not ?
The short answer is not since the rollout of the "rolling fourth" has there been a day that would count as "crowded" for most people. I think you'll see the first real workout for it on Memorial Day Weekend.
There's simply no way that TP had their information 100% correct. The technology just wasn't there. Even Disney's technology is not 100% when it comes to posted wait times- either at the attractions or online.
First, Disney's posted wait times are frequently incorrect INTENTIONALLY. Posted waits are used as a crowd management tool. Disney's own internal numbers, which are not published, are likely very close to 100% accurate, because they need to be in order to figure out when to deploy a pop-up parade, issues bonus FastPasses, or increase the posted wait at a ride to divert traffic. These numbers are simply never seen outside the main park control center.
Second, TouringPlans has multiple sources of data. They use a combination of posted waits, their own employees in-park gathering first-hand data, and user submitted wait times with the Lines app. They are not 100% accurate, but they can be more accurate than Disney's posted times for the reason I mentioned above. As far as any guest is concerned, they should be quite reliable, but a lot can also change as you walk from one park to another, like a ride having a temporary shut down or stall.
