Has anyone used Dreams Unlimited ?

Have you used Dreams Unlimited to reserve rooms for you? If so, what were your experiences with them and can you suggest someone in particular to work with as a TA? Will they work to find the best prices for you? Do they get annoyed with lots of questions and phone calls? Thank you!

I am just trying DU for the first time this year. I have normally planned everthing myself but after all that I have seen here I decided to try them out. Most of the posts in regards to DU here are positive. I was still a skeptic. I tried to make a request for a quote on AKL. This was not my forst choice of resort but I thought maybe I could swing it. THe price, while great for the rom was over my budget this year. I went back to the drawing board and when POFQ announced it was re-opening I jumped at that as that was our first choice of hotel as far back as 2002. It had closed when we went that year. I made a request the other day for a quote. The quote came back quickly and I made my mind up that we wanted to stay at POFQ. I made the reservation and just as quyickly I received a confimation and a survey on what me and the family wanted out of our vacation. The survey would be used to make a plan that would be specific for us. So far the response times have been excellent. I have not entered the planning phase as yet but I just started. I am well pleased thus far. I plan to update as things go on.

I have used Dreams Unlimited many times always with good results. The thing I like most is that they will check for discounts and apply them to my current reservation. I have an AP and when/if discounts are announced my agent Regina calls to try to have the discount applied and so far I've gotten the discount every time. Regina has also made priority seating arrangements for me (never asked for Cinderella breakfast though). Bottom line I like using DU and will use them in the future.

Yes I have...it's the ONLY way I will do my trip to Disney.

My experience has been wonderful with them and yes you can request a specific TA in the section where you have to list the names of everyone in your party. My recommendation....CATHY MILLER! SHE'S WONDERFUL!!!


Will they work to find the best prices for you?
ALWAYS! 9 times out of 10 they will have a code applied for you before you even ask.



Do they get annoyed with lots of questions and phone calls?
Not in the least and that's why they are so wonderful to work with!

I also love DU. I've worked 3 times now with Shirley. She has gotten me everything I've asked for. And she has never seemed upset/irritated by my many questions and changes. And I have made some doozies!!! We bought DVC but continue to use DU for those times we aren't using our points. Keep up the great work DU and Shirley!!!!
