Has Anyone Used Destinations in Florida transportation?

Fiancee and I are staying at CSR at Disney for five nights in May. We are spending one day at US/IOA and obviously need to find transportation to the park. I found that I can buy tickets from DIF that include a shuttle ride to and from the park to our resort. The only thing I'm concerned about is how long the shuttle takes to actually get you to Universal after leaving the resort. I'm assuming it stops at a lot of other resorts as well, and if I schedule 8 AM pickup from our resort, will it take a few hours to get to Universal?
That evening when we leave Universal, we plan on going back to MK for EMH after we reach our resort.

I guess the only question I have is, has anyone used this form of transportation, and if so, do you have a guess or idea of how long it takes to get to and from the park? Thanks!

Chose the earliest departure for you pick up at csr

The shuttle does stop at other wdw resorts

Check with the hotel and pay/book your shuttle with them a day in advance

Alternative would be to book private car service
One company is $85 for rt

Thank you! Which company is that? I've also been looking at Mears, but I cannot figure out how to get the estimate for how much RT would be!
