Has anyone used Apple Scooters in DISNEYLAND recently?

I just booked them but am reading bad reviews on line. The gentleman on the phone insures me that if there is a problem they fix it right away but I don't want to take any chances. I also know that people are quick to post a bad review before a good one.

Not recently, but we did use them in 2013. No complaints whatsoever. They had the scooter at our off-site hotel on time, and it ran the entire time we used it.
