Has anyone tried the new square cutter from CM?

it is really neat. I think I may get one it is $20 but easy to use. I may look and see if someone else makes one cheaper....

I've got both the one they sell and the one you earn through the Memory Keepers Club. They're awesome! They punch so much easier than other ones I've tried. $20 does seem like a lot, but you do get two punches for that price. I bought two similar square punches a while ago and it cost me about $25 so I think this is a good deal.

I have this and love it. It is so easy to use and now I'm doing title squares like crazy.

I love mine, but haven't had the chance to use them much yet...I'm looking forward to doing lots of quilt design pages soon. (I'm not big on titles on my pages, but that's such a great idea too!)

They punch *much* easier than other punches! I'm not worried about getting sore hands from these. The $20 price is reasonable, imo, since the quality is great. And purchasing the big one gets you 4 spaces closer to earning the small one!

Love my Memory Keepers square punch!! I have used it quite often, and it really does look nice to overlay squares on your pages and put title lettering on it - quite an impact !!

I use both the square makers ALL THE TIME! Just did some pages with them too! I did our snow pages, layered 2 squares together and then put my letters on them for my "Let it Snow" title. I had gotten 1 non-CM square punch prior to CM coming out with theirs. It was ONE size square and it cost $12. So for $20 for 2 size squares, it's a great deal. And then the FREE one is an even greater deal!

WEll... It's a good deal b/c it's FREE...but don't forget, you have to spend $250 with your Memory Keepers card to get it in the first place. Hee hee. My consultant loves me.

You can get that free? what else can you get free? I just started CM and spent about 150 and will probably do it again very soon. ! I planned to get the square next crop. Still want 2 albums along with other stuff plus a small album so I know 250 is just around the corner! My CM host had me fill our the card but didn't say what I could get free!

Yes, the mini square maker is a Memory Keepers Club gift. You get it free from your CMC when you spend $250. Not all CMC's participate in this program, but it sounds like yours does. There are about 3 or 4 different MKC gifts available right now. Most of my customers have each earned their first MKC gift and a few of them are close to their 2nd. So you should receive a MKC gift each time you hit $250.

I know my consultant right now is giving away either the Square Cutter or the new Hexagon/Pentagon/Large Oval cutting system tools. So see what the options were!! I figured I only needed the new shape cutters a rare amount of times, so I could use them at my Consultants workshops .... the Square Cutter is VERY useful for a lot of different pages...

Unless your cmc has some in stock the oval/hexagon/pentagon set won't be available for a while. Right now I believe the available gifts (available to consultants) are the mini-square maker, the seasonal journaling boxes set and the stationary.
