Has anyone tracked their HOLIDAY Disney order?

I ordered one thing from that HOLIDAY code fiasco on Saturday. I went to the website to check on it (I ordered things from other sites Saturday that I already have in hand--American Girl, Land's End) and it just will not come up--get a "time out" message. I don't know if they are holding on to everything or it is because of the volume. Anyone able to see if their orders have shipped?

There was a thread by Snoopy earlier today about this. One posted said that he received confirmation that one of his orders has been shipped. Another was given a choice on which order they wanted shipped.

Others called, like myself, to inquire about the status of the order. The CM I spoke to said that my 2 orders (2 DVDs) didn't qualify for the discount because they were less than $15. He then said that I could combine them, send in my postcard & they would deduct the $15 from my order. I had no idea that I was supposed to have a postcard. I just cancelled the two orders. It seems like everyone got a different response.

Later I checked my account to see if the order had been cancelled and it still shows the order as active ( I had to log in to check on the status). My guess is that this mess is so huge, that it will take a while for them to update my account.

I'll just buy the DVDs somewhere else.
 
I looked them up on the site and they still say active. I haven't heard anything more from Disney. Someone on the Budget Board said you can take the stuff back to a Disney store unopened if you don't want it and get your money back. I will take it back if they charge the full price.
 

BIG NEWS !!! Not only did I order using the holiday code online but the item (Schoolhouse Rocks DVD) arrived yesterday!!!! The packing slip lists the original price of the item with tax and shipping then under "Special Codes and Promos" they deducted the $15.00. So I got the DVD for a couple of bucks plus shipping.
I will say, however, that I did not 'go crazy' with this
promotion code. I ordered one item and my DH ordered one. Maybe that avoided any red flags on our orders.
 
My orders were reading "in distribution center" until this morning, where they are now reading "cancelled". When I called the Disney store yesterday to inquire about the code, I was told I would either be billed full price, or I could cancel. Since I didn't feel the quality of the items was worth the full price, I cancelled. No biggie, although it would have been nice to actually get a deal from Disney for once.
 
I only had one order with one thing and I just called because the website said the order was active but when I called the CM said they were waiting for me to mail in the card so I cancelled the order, I didn't loose anything.
