Has anyone thought about doing threads like the resort boards

One of the things I love about the resort boards is that they have a sticky that has most of the resorts FAQ threads. I found them very informative and wish there were something like that here. Has any of you veterans out there thought about starting something like this? For us newbies it would be wonderful.
