Has anyone stayed at the Ramada Plaza Anaheim?

Has anyone stayed at the Ramada Plaza Anaheim? If so, what did you think of it? How long did it take to walk from there?

Can you tell us more about where this is? The name doesn't ring a bell for me......

It's on the north side of Katella, just east of Harbor. I wonder if maybe it changed names recently and just became a Ramada since it seems most don't recognize the name.

Our family used to stay there but now we either prefer a closer place or the Worldmark down Katella. The walk's not horrible. It's probably about a 10-15 min good paced walk from the hotel to the front gates of the park. It seems longer after a full day at the parks, though. I think they have ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) if you're not feeling up for the stroll.

As for accommodations, we really liked it. Nice rooms, although there's no breakfast. It is one of the closest indoor corridor hotels to Disneyland. There's an Indian restaurant there too, if you're into that. I don't think we ever tried it.

We stayed there a few years ago. Nice rooms, nice employees, heated pool, and not that bad of a walk to DL.
