Has anyone stayed at the Palms Hotel and Villas at 3100 Pkwy Blvd?

This used to be the Homewood Suites. We stayed there twice as H. Suites, but they are now under new management. Has anyone had any experience with the new owners? We were pretty happy with it as Homewood Suites.
