Has anyone stayed at HI Hotel & Suites Maingate East?

I am planning our first family trip to WDW- DH, DS 2.5 & myself. I am absolutely overwhelmed by choices and where we should stay. I am looking at this property, due to price and wondered if anyone could provide a review, opinion of this property.

We stayed there a couple of years ago and it was fine with us. It is your basic, no frills hotel. It was clean and quiet. The pool was nice and it was nice to eat breakfast in the restaurant right there on site. We didn't spend much time there because we're mostly in the parks and such, but it was fine.
