Has anyone stayed at Cortona Inn and Suites?

We're planning a trip to DL next spring and I was wondering if anyone has ever stayed at this hotel. My wife and I will probably stay at Paradise Pier or the Disneyland Hotel with my teenage son, but my daughter and her husband are trying to save a few bucks. I know it's on Harbor Blvd. and it's only a short walk to the main gate, but I was curious about the place itself. Is it clean, have a decent pool, showing it's age, etc. Thanks for any input!

I have stayed here a couple of times, and for the same reason value.
I would not call the walk from the Cortona to the main gate a short walk. I believe it is close to a mile. But definetly do-able.
The rooms are clean, but they do show a little wear. Linens have always looked new and clean. So, over all not bad.
The staff are pleasant.
The continental breakfast is very basic.
I did not use the pool so no comment there.
Overall, when I want to save money I would stay here again.
Right now they have a special going, and are offering gasoline vouchers.
