Has anyone seen the movie Midnight Madness?

It is from the early 80's and has a very young Michael J. Fox in it and its about an all night scavanger hunt and they have 5 teams going all over Los Angeles? It is a total cheeseball movie, but totally in my top 10 list LOL. I was just thinking last night how much fun it would be to have an all night scavanger hunt like that with our friends. Yes I am almost 34, but still think it would be neat LOL!! I am pretty sure it's a Disney film as well

I vaguely remember this movie, I saw it once as a kid. I remember one scene where they are fighting to see what was on the waitresses necklace. Didn't they have different colored teams?

I remember enjoying this movie, I may have to go rent it soon now!

Yep they had different color teams. I dont know if you will be able to find it for rent...My husband used to be a District Manager for a video chain and one day we were in one of his stores and he stumbled across the movie sitting on the shelf and we bought it, then it came out on DVD, and I have never seen it anywhere since. Thankfully I have both LOL, plus the original that I taped from HBO eons ago!

Ah! Thank you for posting! I saw this movie when I was a child and I couldn't remember the title! I have been wanting to rent it, so I'm going to check the video store now.

The five teams, each designated by colors white (nerds who hate green),green (meat machine who hate red), red (sorority sisters who hate green), yellow (good guys who play fair), and blue (cheaters who hate yellow) are given clues to solve, leading them to the next clue site hidden in the city. Michael J. Fox plays Scott,the younger brother,in his movie debut.
