Has anyone scammed by Disneyana Exchange heard anything back yet?

I know we had a thread, but it looks like it has timed out or something so can't find it. Filed with BBB, but all I got back was they didn't respond in proper amount of time. I spoke with Kip when he called me in June about how long it took me to get my money the previous time, although that time I did get it. Now guess I am out the $185. I know some of you are out more. I hope they go to jail, although I doubt they will. How is what they did by stealing my sculpture any different than me promising to pay and then I don't? I would go to jail. I don't care how "nice" people say they are, I desperately needed that money or I wouldn't have sold it to them. the CALLED me asking for the sculpture. I didn't call them and beg them to take it off their hands. Not only am I out the $185, but the $25 for overnight shipping they said they HAD to have as they had a buyer.

Can you press charges? How did they contact you? How did they know you had what they "needed" for someone else?

I had listed things with them before. They called off an old list to see if they had the sculptures they needed and I still did. I had sold something through them before June 2011. I actually send them 3 pieces in June 2011. They offered me $185 which was below value, but as I said, needed the money. Thieves. I'm not the only one here, and some have been taken for a lot more. Jail, jail, jail are what people like this need. They knew they didn't have the money to pay as I have found out from others around the internet. They stole something I needed to help pay bills around here when my ex left. I don't tolerate liars and thieves very well. Trying to find out any recourse I may have. I will be in court if it ends up that way. Somehow I think I can kiss my stuff goodbye. So sad people can steal and get by with it, and I have to be the one punished. All I want is my $185. I'd rather give the rest of my sculptures to a charity I donate my time to--Ronald McDonald House. At least then I know the children will love, and appreciate, them.

I'm so sorry! I hope you're able to take action against them, that's just wrong in so many ways. Good luck, please keep this thread updated as to how you're proceeding in case others need to know.
