Has anyone rented the cooler from Murray Hill?

We are planning our April trip. Staying at POP Century, so no free fridge. :guilty:

We have always used Tiffany, but went to Murray Hill website, and noticed that you can rent an electric cooler/warmer for $45.00 for the week. Does anyone have experience with these? Do they work like a fridge?

The price difference between the 2 companies, is only $7.00, RT if the cooler doesn't work well, I'll stick with TTC, and buy a styrofoam cooler. :D

FWIW - I just get a styrafoam cooler for $3.00 at the grocery and ice it as needed. Always works great and lasts fine for the week we stay. I would choose the car service based on the ride to/fro the airport rather than the other "perks". I do of course "require" the free grocery stop!

Have fun
TJ

I'm leaning toward the stryofoam cooler. Water, and pop, stay colder in ice, than in a fridge anyway.

Plus, we have had such good experiences w/ Tiffany, why change now.

Not doing the grocery stop this time. Going to try the delivery service. WEGOSHOP. Our plane gets in late, on Friday, and we want to get checked in, and get kids to bed, after a day at school, then flying.
