Do you have the link to the one with that name "LiteRider"? I couldn't find it on their website for Orlando.
I've rented one like the "resort lite
ECV" from another company but it was several year ago. We didn't have any issues with breaking it down and transporting it - but my husband and son did it for me. Some of the pieces are heavy so you might want to inquire about the weight in case anyone has an issue with lifting heavy things. That ECV is also smaller and lighter weight and less battery power. When I rented it from another company they recommended the person be under 200lbs - weight will affect the battery life and it may be more noticeable with the portable ECV because of a smaller battery. I was under the weight guidelines but still had to charge it mid-day. Other companies rent the same portable scooter.
I've had awful rentals and customer service from Scooterbug in Orlando- sounds like you've been happy with them to use them again but the
ECVs they've given me were beat up and in ill repair...including one that rolled backwards/forwards uncontrollably because it would randomly think that switch to roll it freely had been pushed (when it wasn't). If you have trouble with what they give you, it could be because it's an actual piece of trash vs. the scooter's portable design.
