Has anyone read "The Rule of Four" yet?

The book looks intriguing, but complex. I was considering ordering the CD version for our drive to WDW in November.

If anyone has read it, please give your opinion on whether or not it would be reasonably easy to follow on CD. (We listened to DaVinci Code last year and were able to keep up with the twists and turns).
