Has anyone preordered a photopass CD?

I tried searching in other areas of the disboards, but didn't really come up with much. Left a message with the photopass desk at grand floridian... but here is my question you are supposed to be able to pre-oreder the CD from the web site but when I try to do that it tells me I have no photos. What am I missing???? I know other people have done it???? TIA

Thanks I didn't have that whole extra part so it was not working. It is all taken care of now!!!!

I preordered one for my last trip and totally loved it.
