Has anyone not received their Milesource award?

Hi,
My DD cashed out for the first time about a week prior to me. I have received my reward, and she has not to date.
She is very disappointed. She contacted Milesource via email without any response.
Has anybody here not received their reward from Milesource in the past or do they always come through eventually?

you did not say when you cashed out?

it should take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

I recently cashed out. It took about 4wks to get my supercertificate.

I cashed out of Milesource on 5/29, and have already received my RFC gift certificate from GiftCertificates.com
DD cashed out approximately one week prior to me. She was really looking forward to the supercert, her first. She is a "poor" college student and could use it a lot of different ways at Giftcertificates.com.
My concern is Milesource NEVER responds to any emails I have sent regarding not receiving Awardmiles for purchases. I have even called them. They never answer the phone, and, frequently, the voice mail doesn't even accept messages because they are full.

try contacting Giftcertificates.com directly and see if MS has put in for her reward.
