has anyone NOT made ADR's?

I do recommend some ADR's. This is coming from one of the most spontaneous, open-ended people in the world. In particular, to get the most value and eat at the best restaurants. I think ADR's are absolutely necessary for Le Cellier (not to be missed) and should be booked at 180 days out. I recommend dinner, and since its at Epcot, just pick a day to go to Epcot and make that your dinner. Wolfgang Puck and Coral Reef are very nice and also fill up quickly and early ADRs are a good idea.

On the other hand, places like China (epcot), Maya grill, etc... don't fill up as quickly. We also were able to get a late lunch a day before at Mama Melrose in MGM... but if you want a good meal/value ADR's are the way to go.
