Has anyone NOT had a problem with food at Disney?

No real complaints from me either! We had the last seating at Ohana's once and they only brought out the meat and forgot about the pototoes (2005) and veggies but we were a table of 22 and very excited about celebrating a wedding (mine!) that we didn't even notice till the end. By then we were too stuffed to eat them anyway.
I ususally split my meals with DH and although eating is pricey in WDW they give you more than enough to share 1 meal. More economical and I get to try more things this way!

We take everything in stride when on vacation, so not much bothers us.

Living in N.O. with great food, we don't ever expect too much from vacation food and therefore, we're always pleased :)

We haven't done any upscale places but we will be going kid free in March and plan on doing some nicer restaurants! I can't wait!!! :cool1:

Been going to Disney forever and never had a problem. But honstly things do go wrong from time to time so people have to expect that. Nobody's perfect not even Disney. You must allow for that. Love Disney!

I really like Crystal Palce breakfast, that is a must do everytime. Dinner at Chef Mickey's is gross as well as the counter service meals throughout the park. Is that really a hamburger?:scared:

I guess I am not picky, either. You can get a poorly prepared dish, one that doesn't suit your tastes, or a bad waiter at anyplace, on or off WDW property! I don't base my decision to go to a certain restaurant based on other's opinions. I love the dreaded Sci- Fi, San Angel, and Coral Reef!

We've never had a problem with Disney food <fingers crossed>. Everything's always been clean and the food has always been, at the very least, descent (and that's only cuz I didn't like the food that I ordered-not because there was something wrong with it).

Generally we've never had a problem with the food at WDW. We've been dissappointed in two meals over our 16 trips, Alfredos was awful and I wasn't impressed with Tony's. But as they say one man's garbage is another man's treasure ... everyone's takes are different.

DIsney's restaurants are the highlight of my trip, i look forward to that about equal to the park attractions. I have had bad service 2x, we didnt like our appetizers at Coral Reef, but other than that we've loved the food.

We go for atmosphere, and not so much food, but we still have had great meals at Disney. I have never had a terrible food experience.

We have honestly never had a problem with the food at Disney.
We always enjoy our meals.

I'm not picky, but I am hard to please (or at least I tell myself that) because I love to cook and know good ingredients and decent cooking when I taste it. Having said that, my expectations for Disney were really low and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not because the food was just so-so, but because it was very good at most places, including counter service.

A bigger test was my sister-in-law, who is a very healthy eater and is very controlling about what her children eat. Even she didn't have any issues.

The only place I didn't really care for was Columbia Harbor House, although one of our family members is a vegetarian and she really liked it. Raglan Road was a disapointment, but it was because we had terrible service, not the food.

I like, if not love, almost everything I have eaten at Disney. There are one or two things I haven't completely cared for, but everything has been edible, well except for that cardboard pizza I had at AS Music.

There are some places that I will NOT go to and there are MANY places that I will be going to again and again. I usually try to just make do because really what are you going to do when you are in the parks and hungry??:goodvibes

We have always loved everything we've eaten at Disney. I have to say that the service at WCC was not something we'd sit through again for the skillet...even though the food was good. And we didn't really care for LeCellier either. But we love just about every restaurant that others comment on (Sci-Fi, LTT, Cosmic Rays, GG for supper....the list goes on LOL)

My husband is one of the pickiest eaters I have ever met. Minus their love of goat cheese (yuck!), we always love dining at Disney.

Last year, our first year with the DDP. We ate @ the Coral reef and the experience was horrible. Not the food but the waiter we had. It was so bad the manager came out and appologized and ended up refunding our Table Service credits. Dont know if I would go back or not....

I guess I'm just not a picky eater because we have eaten at many places and never had an issue with teh food. :goodvibes

Maybe it's because I'm just starving by the time we eat I'm just glad to have some food. LOL

I hear so many people talk about awful food and at places I thoroughly enjoyed!

Anyone else?

It's just like the resorts and Transportation forums. At any time on these boards you will here:

1) Disney CM's are no longer magical
2) Disney Mousekeepers no longer clean properly and the resorts are pigstys.
3) Bus took 18 hours to come
4) Bus took 20 minutes to come
5) Bus was packed and I had to stand up.
6) Deluxes are not really deluxes and don't waste your money
7) Restuarant _______ had horrible food and the waitstaff was really rude.
8) Disney is trying to bilk us out of every dollar we have. (ok this one is probably true)

My rules of thumbs are people will criticize more than praise and take every thing with a grain of salt.
