Has anyone moved their BB offer from this year to bb offer for 2009?

The currect bounceback youre on is for 08 and you want to move it to 09? Not gonna happen. You need to be on property to book the 09 bounceback and the 08 codes wont work for 09

So, do you mean the people who are staying right now (Sept, Oct, etc.08) can't do it for next year either?
We did bounce back in 08 but if we can't change to 09 then we will cancel, which is ok, because the time we want to go is not bounce back dates normally anyway.

yes, people currently there on a bounceback can re-bounce again for next year... but if they are a no-show for this year, they cannot extend their bounceback 'til next year... gotta be in it (wdw) to win it (bounceback)

When I was there the week of August 18th, the BB offer in the room only went through Dec '08, sio we didn't book b/c we cannot return until '09. It was disappointing - both times we've had a BB offer it was for a very short time frame.

We did wonder if we might be able to change it later, but had no idea so passed.

The bb in room offers change periodically. The current one is for free dine for 2009. As a pp stated current WDW room guests can book bb FD for 2009. But that is who this offer is limited to. Not for someone booked with 2008, has not checked in nor will arrive, and wants to postpone until 2009.
bb guests must be staying in the resort to book a 2009 package.

You would have only been able to extend under the guidelines for that offer. Not future offers.
