Has Anyone Made a Down Syndrome Design with Characters?

My nephew has Down Syndrome and I wanted to find something for him. He is 7 months old and his name is Elijah. If anyone is willing to make something for him that would be awesome!! He has an older brother named Christian if we can tie something in together, or something for each of them that would be amazing, thanks in advance!!
