OK - We're leaving in about 2 weeks - so not much longer of my dreadful questions. I certainly appreciate all your help and responses along the way.
Here's today's problem - I have a booking (through tour company) with HotelLink to take my DS and myself from Heathrow to Rubens at the Palace Hotel in London. After doing some research, it seems that some people have almost missed their return flights because they're not picked up in time. Our flight leaves at 8:00 a.m. so I figured we'd be picked up between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. If I'm going to have to get ready at the ungodly hour, SOMEONE needs to be on time to pick me up or I'll get rather cranky
I just wanted to see if anyone here has heard of or used this outfit. This is one of my biggest nightmares - missing our plane (although I could stand a few more days there
)
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe I should hire a cab - but approximately how much would that cost? We've already paid for the HotelLink transfers as part of our tour. I'm sure at the end of the vacation I'll be looking on the street for spare change.
