I was just on ebay looking for at gift certificates and people are selling the names of sites that are giving away gift certificates for information, my guess a survey. Has anyone heard of this before?

I actually emailed one of the people who was selling "the link" to buy gift cards...no surprise, he didn't even respond. I think this is probably for something like Connections....
