They are offering this service through work. I am going to a seminar about it today. I was trying to find out more info about it before I went to see how much it costs and what exactly it is. When I google all I get is other places offering it. I guess it is a program that is run by the company who owns the gym here at work.
Has anyone heard of this before, or tried it?
