We are going to have our screen porch pad done in stamped concrete. We have a company coming out to give us an estimate today. I have no idea how much this should cost, though. It's about 300 sq. ft. Has anyone had stamped concrete done, and if so, about how much did it cost?

Just prepare yourself, it's expensive LOL... we had our walkway done & it's not 300 square feet.... I think we paid 1500.00 if I'm not mistaken... anyhow, it's expensive :teeth:

Wow, that's a deal. We had a quote for stamped, colored concrete for about 225 sq. ft. (we wanted it to look like brick) and it was 2800!!!

I had one installed last summer. It was 412 square feet and it cost $4921.00. This included a border ($500) and dirt removal fee of $150. But it looks nice!

I just wanted to update and say, ours is NOT 300 square feet, it's more like 100 square feet....

It looks great, but boy... it is expensive LOL

:faint: That's a LOT more than I figured. Does it help that we already have the concrete pad there, so all they'll be doing is the skim coat and the stamping/staining?

I can second how expensive it was. We had a quote for a 30'x4' walkway and it was around $2900 - double what I expected. It's beautiful and I'd like to have it done someday, but I have other priorities.

If you already have concrete down, you could do pavers over it, although, I'm sure that's not cheap either.

Good luck. Hopefully it will be a nice quote. :)

Oh yes! That shouldn't cost that much at all! Well, in comparison to what I paid! Mine was the whole thing including digging out the ground and pouring the cement.
